Shalini Lagrutta brings over two decades of expertise in the telecoms and data center industry, with notable roles in companies like Fujitsu Telecommunications, Huawei, LGC Wireless, and Flexenclosure.

From 2019 to 2022, Shalini brought in major customers and boosted revenue at DXN. Since becoming CEO in 2022, she's focused on restructuring the company, exiting unprofitable ventures, and steering it towards growth.

She's been recognised for her contributions, including accolades like Capacity Media’s 20 Women to Watch in 2020 and Top 30 Edge Computing Leaders by Data Economy. Recently, Shalini was honoured as an Infrastructure Masons (iM100) award recipient in December 2021, reaffirming her impactful leadership in the digital realm.

Laila Green, BBus (EcoFin), CPA, GAICD, is the interim Chief Financial Officer at DXN, bringing over 30 years of expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and organizational leadership. She has held executive roles in ASX-listed companies, not-for-profits, private enterprises, and multinationals, across diverse industries such as mining, manufacturing, and digital media. Laila's career highlights include roles as Company Secretary, and Non-Executive and Executive Board Director. Renowned for her strategic vision, she excels in business transformation, risk management, and delivering results in dynamic environments. At DXN, Laila is dedicated to driving financial strategies and maintaining the highest corporate governance standards.

Srikanth Murugan is the Global Head of Pre-Sales (Infrastructure). His primary role includes setting up, developing and managing the global presales process and ensure that the DXN modules global sales team is supported with solutions that match market requirements. Srikanth has been with DXN since March 2019 and in this short span has productized and packaged the DXN modules solutions to the market. Mr. Murugan has over 20 years of experience in both Data Centre and Telecommunications Industry and during that time Mr. Murugan has worked at companies like Flexenclosure (Swedish), Altobridge (Irish), ADC, Interwave Communication (US).

Aurel Farcash brings over 25 years of experience in digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and AI-enabled technologies. As Chief Revenue Officer at DXN Limited (ASX:DXN), Aurel leads all commercial operations, revenue growth, partnerships, and customer engagement globally.

He has extensive experience in regional P&L management, M&A, and large-scale partnerships across digital infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, and modular data centre solutions. Aurel combines strategic vision with operational discipline, driving DXN’s growth in modular, edge, and AI-ready infrastructure with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and ethical technology.
