We define the Project Execution Plan to “baseline” the project. It will be thoroughly planned, resourced and authorised at a level appropriate to the investment represented by the project.

according to a fixed list of Risk Levels and Risk Categories.
Quality Management
The Programme Manager is responsible for
the everyday quality control of activities off and on-site.
Program of Work
The Program of Work for the
project is based on a specific Work Breakdown Structure.
Communication & Control
A Programme Manager is appointed as the single point of contact to communicate project progress, issues and risks to the Project Sponsor and senior users. The Programme Manager provides daily progress reports, and administers formal weekly progress meetings.
